1. How much does monogramming cost?

The cost for monogramming a product starts at $10.00 depending on the length of the name, font style as well as size.  

2. How many letters or numbers can I order?

Character count varies by product, font and scale. Some items are monogrammable with one initial only, while others can accommodate more characters.

3. Which fonts and colors can I choose from?

We create font styles and color options for each of our monogrammable products. Most products can be monogrammed in one to four font choices, while color options vary. We do offer custom fonts, colors and I can mix and match fonts or colors on most items. See individual items for details.

4.  How do you know which monogram format to choose? 

Traditionally, male monograms are in all caps, single row format (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST) or a diamond monogram with the last name initial larger in the center.  Female monograms traditionally are placed in the order of the woman's first name initial, last name initial larger in the center and middle or maiden name initial last.

7.  Selecting the best monogram

One of the most important decisions in buying a monogrammed gift is selecting the monogram style and order of the initials. Here are a few general guidelines for monogramming to make it easier for you:

Married Couple and/or Engaged Couple:

The monogram will contain the bride's first initial, the surname of the couple, and the groom's first initial, in that order. For instance Brandi and Chance Solomon would be:

The monogram style should be chosen to complement the taste of the couple and the item you are monogramming, whether it is traditional, modern, fun or so on. 

Monogram for a Woman:

A monogrammed gift for a woman should include her first, middle and last initial or if she is married, her first, maiden name, and married name initials. Traditionally, a woman's monogram is presented in first, last, middle initial order. So for Ashley Elizabeth Sanson her monogram could be as follows:

Monogram for a Man:

When monogramming something for a man, many people prefer to use the initials in the first, middle and last order.  For example, Kellen Roy Jorgensen would be:

KRJ

It is also correct to put a gentleman's surname initial in the middle.  For example Kellen Roy Jorgensen would be:

KJR

Monogramming Gifts for Children:

Children often receive monogrammed or personalized gifts when they are born and to commemorate special occasions such as birthdays and christenings. The same monogramming rules apply for children as for adults. Gifts for small children, both boys and girls traditionally follow the first, last, and middle initial order.  For example, both Staci Anne Williams and Scott Andy William's monogram would be as follows:

As Scott Andy Williams grows older, it will become more appropriate to move to the first, middle, last initial order for his monogram, just like the man's monogram.  As Staci Ann Williams grows older, hers would only change when she got married, where as it would change the middle initial to her new married last name.

When giving a child a personalized item, please consider where and how it will be used. Customers will often choose to use a monogram versus a name on something like a backpack.

8. Can I cancel an order or return a monogrammed item?

I am sorry, but orders for monogrammed items cannot be canceled or returned, since they are custom made for each individual.
