Steps to having your custom logo or design digitized

 

The first step to getting your artwork digitized,  is to submit your artwork to receive a quote.

This is done by going to the contact us  page on our website and sending us your file.

The files we accept are hi-resolution 300 dpi or higher (jpeg, BMP, GIF, TIF) or Vector art (AI, PSD, PING, EPS, PDF).

If you accept the quote and give the go ahead to proceed with the job, your logo is then digitized, a sample is sewn, a picture taken and emailed to you for approval.

After approval of the digitized logo, design will be sent electronically to your email address if you would like the file in the format of your choice.  

If we are digitizing for items you would like us to embroider at our location, we will need your approval for the digitized logo, and from there, embroider your items for you and keep the digitized logo on file for future orders.

There will be an additional charge for any changes that were not noted before approval.
